Kypros is an Executive Director and Senior Investment Director at Tacit Investment Management, where he plays a key role as a founding member. He specialises in multi-asset portfolio management, asset allocation, and the delivery of independent, tailored investment solutions for UK private clients and families. With over 30 years of experience in UK wealth management, Kypros combines strategic leadership with hands-on portfolio management expertise. Prior to joining Tacit in 2012, he was Director and Regional Head of Portfolio Management at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, overseeing more than £1.3 billion in multi-asset portfolios and serving on the UK Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Barclays Wealth Management, where he developed and launched a discretionary IHT/AIM portfolio service and led a scalable multi-asset proposition for the UK intermediary market. He began his career at Albert E. Sharp.
